Burberry Sued British Discount Chain Brand B&M For Trade

On December 2, the British luxury brand Burberry has filed a legal lawsuit against the British discount chain brand B&M in the High Court over the trademark dispute, "worried that B&M would falsely advertise its goods as Burberry". At present, the specific content of the accusation is not clear.

 

It is worth noting that B&M launched a series of pet products named "Furberry" this year, including dog bowls, toys, animal blankets, mats and beds. This series is characterized by a unique grid pattern, which is printed on a beige background with red, white and black grid patterns. This grid pattern is easy to associate with Burberry's iconic design. However, it has not yet been confirmed whether Burberry's prosecution is related to the series.

 

 

In this regard, Burberry said that it would not comment on the lawsuit of the High Court, and B&M did not respond to the media's request for comment.
